Our name brings together the first letters of our founders’ surnames, Millie Purcell and Bruce Neale. It reflects the partnership at the heart of the firm: two complementary sets of experience, combined to give clients a complete view of their business.

Millie Purcell
Millie leads Purnea’s strategy and financial performance practices. She built her career in corporate finance and strategy consulting, advising leadership teams on growth plans, profitability, capital decisions and preparing businesses for investment.
Clients value her ability to cut through complexity, build a clear financial case and turn strategy into measurable targets. Millie writes about strategy, financial performance and transactions.
Bruce Neale
Bruce leads Purnea’s operations and organizational practices. Before co-founding the firm, he spent many years in senior operational leadership roles, running complex teams and improving processes in demanding, industrial environments.
He brings a practitioner’s understanding of what it takes to make change stick on the ground. Bruce writes about operations, leadership, organizational design and market expansion.
